In this visual culture, great photos will help you sell books, manuscripts, and ephemera. This webinar will educate you about making professional photos using just your iPhone. (And if you have an Android  phone, don't worry—this webinar applies to either platform.) We'll be covering:   Light: how it applies to photographing books, manuscripts and ephemera and how to use it to your advantage.  The iPhone camera, its capabilities, and how to maximize them.   Post-production of images: everything that you have to do between taking the photos and posting them online. Ed Lefkowicz has been making photographs for decades, first photographing on film, developing it, and making his own prints. He was an antiquarian  bookseller for over 25 years, specializing in rare books, manuscripts,  and maps relating to the sea and its islands, nautical science, and  naval history. With his background in photography, he photographed his  wares for printed catalogs, initially on film, then digitally. He has  been a professional photographer for the past 15 years, and has  nonprofit, corporate, and editorial clients.
