DESCRIPTION:
Scott Brown, of Downtown Brown Books, who opened his eBay account just over 25 years ago, will provide an introduction to selling on eBay for booksellers. Topics covered will include:
* Is eBay right for your business?
* The basics of selling on eBay
* The upsides and downsides of the platform for booksellers
* Strategies for better sales on eBay
This seminar will be given in English and is mostly aimed at US booksellers considering eBay. The final strategies section may be of use to experienced sellers. Some of the information will not apply to booksellers outside of the US because the laws governing online selling can vary from country to country. A Q&A will follow.
