The Syndicat national de la Librairie Ancienne et Moderne is pleased to announce the next Fair which will be held from 22 to 24 September 2023.

This key event, which is both cultural and timeless, brings together over 140 exhibitors who share their passion and expertise by unveiling the magic of our written, printed and iconographic heritage.

Booksellers as well as drawings & prints galleries will be happy to share with a large public the oldest works dating back to the origins of the book, the great classics, the most surprising artistic avant-gardes, but also original comic strips or first editions, autographs, lithographs and prints, old maps, sumptuous bindings, artists’ books…

A unique event in the world of books and works on paper.

This year, the Swiss Jan Michalski Foundation for Writing and Literature will be the guest of honour, with an exceptional exhibition never seen before in France, "Colette. Écrire, pouvoir écrire" to mark the 150thanniversary of the novelist's birth. An exhibition of nearly 250 documents - first editions, photographs, lettres, manuscripts, objects - rarely or never shown to the public.
