About the Event
Space is limited to 59 exhibitor booths for booksellers and specialists in ephemera, maps, and photography. There is also a small selection of table-top display space on an upper floor for Ephemera West, sponsored by the Ephemera Society of America. The book fair will take place over three floors with premier booths offered in the ballroom space on the main floor, as well as modern, well-lit space for book and ephemera dealers in the vaults on the lower level. The top floor is a sanctuary for exhibitors to take a break.
Every booth is offered with two tables covered, a booth sign, two chairs, a trash bin, and the ability to rent folding bookshelves, glass counter and trophy cases. Size limits apply to cases on the vault level. There is no pipe and drape at this show, so anyone desiring to hang artwork should consider a booth along a wall or one of the gallery spaces on the ballroom level.
