About the Event

The Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of Canada is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 50th Toronto Antiquarian Book Fair (TABF). The event will run Friday November 4th through Sunday November 6th, 2022 and will once again be held in the beautiful Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) in downtown Toronto.

The AGO is a major tourist destination boasting thousands of visitors each day. Designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, it provides a wonderful setting for rare books, with good lighting, onsite amenities for exhibitors, and world class security. Many local book collectors are members of the AGO and visit the gallery regularly. Nearby you will find a rich diversity of accommodation and dining choices .

TABF will be an ILAB-sponsored event: all exhibitors will be ILAB affiliates. We have received statements of interest from international exhibitors who were impressed with their results at the recent "Firsts Canada" virtual book fair, and we anticipate participation therefrom. Logistics including brokerage for international exhibitors may be provided, and simplified, by arrangement with Caladex.

Baillie Court at the AGO is an intimate space, with room for a limited number of booths, which are now available on a first come basis. To reserve your booth now, submit your completed application to TABF organizers Jeff & Wendy Gadsden at gadsden@antiqueshowscanada.com (additional contact information at bottom of application form).

We anticipate another successful fair at the AGO. Register now to secure your spot!

With best wishes from the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of Canada / Association de la Librairie Ancienne du Canada (ABAC/ALAC)
