Quarto. Beautifully bound in full vellum, ornately gilt-stamped on front cover and spine. Top edge gilt, others uncut. Yellow silk ties. Decorative endpapers. An almost fine copy with no previous owner's notations. Contains seven Hans Andersen Tales including, "The Mermaid" and the "The Emperor's New Clothes." A scarce and desirable title, especially in such fine condition.
